21 May,Liu Yuwan, Deputy General Manager of Technology, and Lv Guozheng, Director of Technology Center, Fengshen Tire Co., Ltd., visited Anhui Gurit New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. for inspection and guidance. Both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on recycled carbon black product development and waste tire recycling projects. Our chairman, Shao Jin, general manager, Shen Jiafeng, director of the operation center, Shao Teng, and director of the technology center, Xu Lei, and other company executives warmly received and accompanied the inspection.
I. Inspection Itinerary: A comprehensive display of technological strength and industrial layout
At the Gurit company showroom, the inspection team learned in detail about the company's development history, core technologies, and industrial layout. As a leading enterprise in the domestic recycled carbon black field, Gurit, relying on the technical support of Beijing University of Chemical Technology, has built a "Green Nanomaterials Joint R&D Center" and formed an annual output of 5 ten thousand tons of bio-based plasticizers, 3 ten thousand tons of carbon black, and 2 ten thousand tons of environmentally friendly evolved zinc with large-scale production capacity. In the showroom, through physical displays and digital models, the inspection team intuitively felt Gurit's innovative breakthroughs in waste tire pyrolysis technology. Its process can convert waste tires into high-purity carbon black, fuel oil, etc., solving the problem of "black pollution" from the source.

Following this, the inspection team went deep into the laboratory and production workshop to conduct on-site inspections of the research and development and production process of recycled carbon black. Xu Lei, director of the technology center, introduced that Gurit's self-developed pyrolysis technology achieves efficient conversion through intelligent control, and simultaneously uses a dust collection and dedusting system, with dust emissions strictly complying with international environmental protection standards. In the workshop, the degree of automation and refined management of the intelligent production line left a deep impression on the inspection team, especially the application of micro-powder grinding equipment, which uses low-stress multi-roller layer powder grinding technology to significantly reduce energy consumption while ensuring product quality.
II. Roundtable Discussion: Strategic Exploration of Circular Economy and Industrial Synergy
At the roundtable meeting, both sides held enthusiastic discussions on new material projects for waste tire recycling. Chairman Shao Jin stated that Gurit has always adhered to the principle of "green environmental protection," using technological innovation to transform tire pyrolysis residue into high-performance recycled carbon black, and has achieved application breakthroughs in multiple fields. Liu Yuwan, deputy general manager of technology at Fengshen Tire, introduced that as a core tire enterprise under Sinochem Group, the company is actively responding to the "dual carbon" strategy and seeking in-depth cooperation with Gurit in the field of recycled carbon black to enhance the sustainability and market competitiveness of tire products.

Both sides reached a preliminary consensus on the details of the cooperation: Fengshen Tire will explore the large-scale application of recycled carbon black in key components such as tire treads and sidewalls based on Gurit's technological advantages; Gurit plans to further optimize the reinforcing performance and stability of recycled carbon black to meet the stringent standards of the tire industry, targeting the product needs of Fengshen Tire. In addition, both sides also discussed the possibility of jointly building a waste tire recycling system and promoting the closed-loop development of the industrial chain.
III. Cooperation Prospect: Technological Innovation Drives Green Transformation of the Industry
This inspection marks a key step in the cooperation between Fengshen Tire and Anhui Gurit in the field of recycled carbon black. Recycled carbon black, as a green material that replaces traditional carbon black, not only reduces reliance on petroleum resources but also reduces carbon emissions through recycling, aligning with the global trend of sustainable development.
In the future, both sides will take this inspection as an opportunity to accelerate the technological docking and product testing, and strive to achieve the pilot application of recycled carbon black in some product lines of Fengshen Tire as soon as possible, jointly creating a benchmark project for the circular economy in the tire industry.
