On October 29, the audit team from Sailun Group Co., Ltd. visited Anhui Ruibang Rubber & Plastics Additives Group Co., Ltd. to conduct an on-site factory audit. This audit focused on key areas such as the quality management system and compliant production operations. By combining document reviews with on-site inspections, the team conducted a comprehensive assessment of Ruibang Group's entire rubber and plastic additives production chain, laying a solid foundation for both parties to further deepen supply-chain collaboration and explore new avenues for partnership.
Currently under review, Ruibang Group showcased its more than 20 years of accumulated expertise in production management and groundbreaking achievements in technological innovation. As a high-tech enterprise specializing in rubber and plastic additives—integrating production, R&D, and sales to serve the downstream tire industry—it has established a comprehensive quality management system that meticulously covers every stage, from raw material inspection and production process control to finished-product testing. Notably, the audit team paid close attention to the stringent quality-control measures applied to renowned Anhui Province products such as its "Rubber BLE Antioxidant," highlighting the company's commitment to excellence.
After the factory audit concluded, the review team, led by Shao Teng, Director of the Operations Center, visited Anhui Gurite New Material Technology Co., Ltd. for an on-site调研. They toured the company’s exhibition hall, R&D center, and intelligent production workshop in succession. At the R&D center, the "Joint Research Center for Green Nanomaterials," jointly established by Anhui Gurite and Beijing University of Chemical Technology, drew significant attention. The center’s technological breakthroughs in green products such as recycled carbon black and bio-based plasticizers align closely with the current industry trend toward a sustainable, low-carbon transformation.
The audit team highly praised Ruibang and Gurite for their practices in technological innovation, quality control, and green development. As strategic partners to numerous tire-processing enterprises, Ruibang and Gurite leverage the integrated strengths of industry, academia, research, and application to continuously enhance their portfolio of rubber and plastic additive products. Their annual production capacity includes 50,000 tons of bio-based plasticizers, 30,000 tons of carbon black, and 20,000 tons of eco-friendly evolved zinc—key supports that enable high-quality growth in downstream industries. The successful completion of this factory audit not only serves as strong validation of the companies' comprehensive capabilities but also establishes a robust communication bridge for deepened collaboration across the upstream and downstream segments of the industry chain.
