In-depth discussions advance cooperation
On June 10, a high-level delegation from Yongfeng Rubber Industry Co., Ltd., including Wu Weijun and Xie Shunfa, visited Anhui Gurit New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. Both parties engaged in pragmatic exchanges on deepening cross-national cooperation, optimizing the project to jointly invest in a recycled carbon black joint venture company in Malaysia, and pushing the cooperation towards substantial implementation to jointly develop the internationalization of the recycled carbon black industry. Shao Teng and Gu Weicai, directors of the operation center of Anhui Gurit New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., warmly received and participated in the entire process.

Accompanied by Gurit's management, the Yongfeng Rubber delegation visited the company's exhibition hall, technology research and development center, and intelligent production workshop, gaining an in-depth understanding of the core technology of waste tire resource utilization, the research results of nano-scale recycled carbon black, and the full-process environmental protection and control system. Wu Weijun and his team expressed high recognition for Gurit's independently developed integrated technology of "waste tire pyrolysis - carbon black modification," its industrial capacity to process 300,000 tons of waste tires annually, and its environmental protection system that meets EU REACH certification standards, believing that its technological advantages and green manufacturing concept precisely match the needs of the Southeast Asian market.
At the symposium, both parties held special consultations on the establishment of the Malaysian joint venture company, clarifying the equity structure, production capacity planning, and resource allocation: Gurit will provide core technologies and production line design plans, while Yongfeng Rubber will be responsible for the construction of local market channels and supply chain docking in Malaysia. According to preliminary plans, the joint venture company aims to cover 60% of the recycled carbon black demand in major production areas such as Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia. After several rounds of friendly consultations, both parties reached several consensuses on the contract terms and are currently conducting final optimization based on technical details and market research, laying a solid foundation for the formal signing.

Shao Teng, director of Gurit's operation center, stated that this exchange is an important practice of the company's internationalization strategy. Both parties are highly synergistic in terms of environmental protection concepts and technological approaches. They look forward to leveraging their complementary advantages to explore the Southeast Asian recycled resource market and promote breakthroughs in the application of recycled carbon black in high-end rubber products.

Wu Weijun of Yongfeng Rubber pointed out that Yongfeng has been deeply cultivating the Southeast Asian market for 20 years and possesses mature localized operation experience. The cooperation between the two parties will effectively integrate "Chinese technology" and "regional resources," creating a cross-border cooperation model for waste tire recycling.
It is understood that both parties have established a joint working group to simultaneously promote preliminary work such as research on Malaysian investment policies, factory site selection, and environmental impact assessment. As the contract optimization continues to progress, both parties will use the joint venture company as a carrier to integrate technological, market, and resource advantages, contributing Chinese wisdom to the green transformation of the global rubber industry.
