On April 18, General Manager Xu from Yancheng Hengtai Rubber Co., Ltd. visited Anhui Gurit New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. for inspection and guidance, and received a warm reception from our chairman Shao Jin, technical center director Xu Lei and other senior executives. The visit was themed "Deepening technical exchanges and exploring the upgrading of traditional tire materials." Through on-site observation, product recommendations, and seminars, it marked the beginning of in-depth cooperation between the two parties in the field of traditional rubber and plastic materials.
Accompanied by Chairman Shao Jin, General Manager Xu visited the company's exhibition hall and R&D center. Chairman Shao Jin detailed the company's core qualifications, such as "National High-tech Enterprise" and "Provincial Enterprise Technology Center," as well as the "production, education, research, and application" cooperation model with institutions such as Beijing University of Chemical Technology. In the demonstration of the R&D process of traditional tire materials, both sides exchanged views on the commercial application of high-wear-resistant rubber composite materials and low-VOC emission environmentally friendly rubber additive systems. General Manager Xu expressed high recognition for the actual effects of the company's product applications and the "production, education, research, and application" innovation model.
At the seminar, Chairman Shao Jin extended a warm welcome to General Manager Xu and introduced the company's development history and future strategic planning. He pointed out: "Gurit has always been committed to the mission of 'material innovation driving performance improvement,' and hopes to achieve technological synergy and resource complementarity with Hengtai Rubber in the upstream and downstream of the traditional tire industry chain."
Director Xu Lei further elaborated on the company's "demand-oriented R&D" model: "With full-chain service capabilities from formula design to mass production, we can customize material solutions adapted to different scenarios according to customer needs."
In his speech, General Manager Xu stated: "Gurit's technological accumulation in the field of traditional materials and Hengtai Tire's product upgrading needs are highly consistent, especially the 'low-cost, high-performance' solution has strong market competitiveness. We look forward to starting sample testing and process docking with the 'high-wear-resistant tread rubber material optimization project' as a starting point to build a closed-loop cooperation of 'material R&D - production application - market feedback'."
This inspection and guidance activity was both a demonstration of technological strength and a collision of cooperative visions. In the future, Anhui Gurit and Yancheng Hengtai will focus on joint technological research, process optimization, and market linkage to jointly promote the high-quality development of the tire industry.
